AMPS aims to combine all the PCB manufacturing steps in a single automated machine.

Manufacturing PCB prototypes rapidly, control all the processes from a user friendly interface and keep the design data secure.

Single & Double sided PCBs are our current focus.(Ability to manufacture Multilayer PCBs coming later.)
Laser is used to expose circuit traces.
Drilling & Milling of PCB vias possible using an inbuilt drilling head.
Etching, Resist Stripping & Hole Plating is done by an automated chemical processing unit.
Automatic Optical Inspection is done using an in-built camera.

What is a AMPS?: AMPS is a company attempting to automate and miniaturize PCB production setup. 3D printers enabled millions of people to design and manufacture parts, but PCB manufacturing(of top quality) is currently only possible in Large Factories or with expensive prototyping machines (made by some German companies). Electronics enthusiasts and small manufacturers rely on companies in China to produce cheap PCBs since the machines that manufacture PCBs are very expensive.
Why do I need an AMPS machine when I can use a milling machine or a Fiber Laser to make my own PCBs?: Making very thin traces and conductive vias is not possible using Milling and Fiber lasers. Also these methods require the user to make multiple prototypes using trial and error to get the settings right. Our machines are automated and produce Precise and Repeatable production grade PCBs.
How do I get an AMPS Machine?: We are currently developing our Product. Follow us on x.com/ampsmachine to get updates on the launch of our machine.
Is the AMPS machine suitable for me?: The AMPS machine is suitable for Prototyping, Research and small scale production. There is no alternative to economies of scale and Large factories with advanced machines will always be able to mass manufacture PCBs at cost effective prices.
When will the AMPS machine be available for purchase?: Only when our design reaches a mature stage, currently the prototype is undergoing hardware, software design changes and testing. ETA is Q2 2027.
